DELIVERY & PICKUP
To provide efficient, dependable delivery to all of our customers, 2 days notice is required for delivery. Emergency service will be provided whenever possible, at an additional charge.
If an early morning, late evening, Sunday or holiday pickup is required, we will make every effort to accommodate your wishes. Additional fees may apply.
Pickup will be made at the Lessee's convenience, or by special arrangement for an appropriate fee.
Delivery and pickup will be made to the ground level only; there is an additional charge for either upstairs or downstairs delivery and for those deliveries requiring elevators.
Delivery and pickup charges are dependent upon time, distance and size of order and are subject to change prior to the signing of a contract.

CAD SOFTWARE DRAWINGS
The Norris Party Rental team of party coordinators can work with you to create a detailed CAD drawing of our upcoming event. This service allows you to have a hard copy of your vision with realistic measurements and layout. The CAD Drawing will also help in your overall planning tasks.
